You’ve probably seen articles about what home renovations get the most bang for the buck. If not, here’s a handy table. But what about those of us that are less handy, or less inclined to do a big remodel? There are still plenty of ways to spruce up your house without breaking the bank. This article from the Chicago Tribune has some great tips.  I especially liked the suggestion of changing out curtains and throw pillows. Fabric items are often overlooked, but are an easy thing to swap out. I work with Via Staging on some of my listings, and the lead stager will often add pops of color to a room with pillows on couches or beds. As the Pacific Northwest heads into the rainy season, those color pops might be more welcome!
